Who Am I?

My name is Joshua and I am 28 years old. I am a Colombian Adult Adoptee, having been born in Medellin, Colombia 1977-1978. Along with my younger sister, we were both adopted to an American couple in 1981. I am active with our Colombian Adoptee Search and Support group.
From July 1997 to June 2000, I was enlisted in the U.S. Army as Airborne Infantry and was stationed at Fort Richardson, Alaska to the 1/501 Geronimo Paratroop Battalion. After my ETS (Enlistment Time Served) was up, I chose to not continue and I am finished with the military in all its aspects.
Some of my interests include reading, writing, drawing, spinnin’ records, flippin’ samples - (“It’s not what you play, it’s how you flip it” - Cut Chemist and Z-Trip). I love Turntablism and making beats. I also like to admire graffiti pieces (especially on trains) and street art. I love riding trains, subways and buses and taking photographs. I enjoy camping, canoeing, hiking, hanging out with my comrade and friends. I love to read books on mythology, classic literature, religion, philosophy, history, and military history.
I am currently active against “the war on terror” as I feel it is an imperialist and fascist war being waged against nations and peoples.
I consider myself a student and active participant of History, Revolution and Society, and as such, I am anti-imperialist, anti-fascist and anti-revisionist. I stand and defend the equality of nations and peoples as a matter of principle.
Yours truly,
A Proletarian Internationalist Freedom Fighter
